3M™ Thermally Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 8820 provides an efficient heat transfer path between heat generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices; only pressure is needed to form an excellent bond and thermal interface. The acrylic interface tape consists of a ceramic filled pure Adhesive film, the tape is highly conformable and offers good gap filling. Eliminate long cure times and fixturing of liquid Adhesives, use in electronic devices, for general heat dissipation in devices, and for bonding/joining parts in electronic products.
