TapeCase TC023-3 is a 3 mil PTFE coated fiberglass fabric backing with a high temperature silicone adhesive, designed to perform in continuous temperatures up to 500°F. The PTFE coating provides a smooth, non stick release surface, while the fiberglass fabric delivers strength and dimensional stability. It is commonly used in mechanical applications such as a release surface on heat sealers and lining of guide rails, chutes, and slides.

TapeCase Natural Abrasion Resistant Fiberglass Tape Coated with Teflon PTFE TC023-3 is a high performance tape constructed with a 3 mil PTFE coated fiberglass fabric backing and a high temperature silicone adhesive. The combination of PTFE, fiberglass, and a high temperature silicone adhesive allows TC023-3 to perform in continuous temperatures up to 500°F (260°C). The PTFE coating provides a non-stick, low-friction release surface with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for demanding environments. The fiberglass fabric adds strength, durability, and outstanding dimensional stability.

TC023-3 resists tearing, punctures, abrasion, and wear while maintaining consistent performance at elevated temperatures. The silicone adhesive offers strong adhesion, clean removal, and resistance to extreme thermal conditions. This tape is commonly used in industrial mechanical applications coating rollers, lining chutes, and covering heat-sealing bars to facilitate a non-stick surface and prevent material buildup.
