3M™ MSG7200SDX is a 2 mm thick, compressible, electrically conductive gasket tape made from Cu/Ni plated polyurethane foam laminated with a conductive fabric for conformability and mechanical stability. It features a transparent conductive acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive (CPSA) for a strong bond and high EMI shielding performance even through adhesive bond lines.

It provides excellent grounding performance between substrates and delivers high EMI shielding effectiveness.

3M™ Electrically Conductive Gasket Tape MSG7200SDX is a highly compressible, electrically conductive gasket tape constructed from Cu/Ni-plated polyurethane foam laminated to a conductive fabric for excellent conformability and mechanical stability. It features a transparent conductive acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (CPSA) that provides strong adhesion and high EMI shielding effectiveness, even through adhesive bond lines. By combining conductive foam, fabric, and adhesive in a single material, MSG7080SDX delivers consistent and reliable conductivity in dense or complex electronic assemblies, offering excellent grounding performance between substrates, high EMI shielding effectiveness, and very low contact resistance, even at small die-cut sizes. It is ideal for applications requiring highly reliable conductive connections, ESD grounding, conductive enclosure sealing for superior EMI shielding, and designs with small gasket geometries and large gap tolerances.

The 3M™ MSG7000SDX Series is available in 9 thicknesses ranging from 0.3 mm to 3 mm.
