3M 5590H-20 Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pad

3M™ Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pad 5590H-20 is a 2 mm medium-soft, moderately conformable thermal interface pad with a thermal conductivity of 2.8 W/m·K (3M test method). Constructed from a slightly tacky acrylic elastomer filled with thermally conductive ceramic particles, it is designed to efficiently transfer heat from heat-generating components to heat sinks and other cooling devices. The pad conforms to uneven surfaces and provides excellent gap-filling capability for improved thermal performance, while its thin, firm, low-tack construction enables easy handling during pre-assembly and die-cutting. By enhancing heat dissipation, 3M™ 5590H-12 helps improve device reliability and extend component life across a wide range of markets, including consumer electronics, automotive, LED lighting, medical devices, communications infrastructure, and aerospace and defense.

These acrylic pads have no siloxane VOC or oil bleeding, which are associated with silicone products and can often cause device failure.
