3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 467MC is a 2.3 mil adhesive transfer tape featuring high-performance 200MP acrylic adhesive for graphic attachment and general industrial bonding applications. It provides outstanding adhesion to metals and high-surface-energy (HSE) plastics, along with excellent shear strength to help resist slippage and edge lifting for long-term bond reliability. The adhesive also offers excellent resistance to solvents, humidity, moisture, and elevated temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) for short periods. For improved assembly accuracy, 3M™ 467MC provides limited initial repositionability when applied to plastic substrates. Widely used in aerospace, medical device, industrial equipment, automotive, appliance, and electronics applications, it delivers consistent performance and reliable bonding.

The unique Micro-Channel polycoated kraft (PCK) liner incorporates air-release technology designed to reduce air entrapment during lamination. Its proprietary crosshatched pattern creates a continuous network of micro-channels on the backside of the adhesive, allowing trapped air to escape between the adhesive and substrate. This feature helps minimize wrinkles and bubbles, reducing rework and promoting smooth, bubble-free graphic laminations.
