3M™ Electrically Conductive Single-Sided Tape 1020BC-10 is an XYZ-axis electrically conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive (CPSA) tape designed to help devices meet electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements. It features a conductive black copper foil backing, a conductive acrylic adhesive, and a polyester (PET) release liner. The tape provides excellent XYZ-axis conductivity, reliable contact to small grounding areas, and effective EMI shielding with long-term electrical reliability. Its thin-profile construction makes it well suited for applications with limited Z-space, while its high-adhesion design delivers dependable grounding performance across a variety of surface types.
