| Product Description | 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive 2214 Non-Metallic Filled contains no aluminum powders and cures to a cream-color (not gray). This adhesive is designed to provide high strength, high temperature resistance and smooth bond lines. It features slightly lower thermal conductivity than other 2214 epoxies, with higher dielectric strength. |
